About us

At the Environment Practice, environmental law isn’t an add-on to a rolling list of services. We are experts dedicated to providing bespoke, clear advice on a range of matters, from waste permitting and planning advice right the way through to defending actions brought by regulatory bodies.

Our expertise is evident in our results.

When our clients are faced with issues affecting their business, we are there to ensure that actions are warranted. Regulatory powers must be exercised fairly and proportionately, and we are experts in ensuring that you as a business are not unfairly targeted. We are on hand to help clients to trade through issues and minimise any impact on their business.

It isn’t just specialist expertise that we offer. We provide a personal service that allows unrestricted and direct access to the dedicated senior practitioner managing your case.

We don’t just pass your case on to newly qualified solicitors or trainees after an initial call. Every document examined and letter written is managed by the senior environmental lawyer responsible for your case. We act as an extension of your own team, keeping you up-to-date on pertinent legislative and regulatory changes, so you’re never on the back foot.

We believe in delivering excellence, consistency and building lifelong relationships with our clients. That’s why we stay with you every step of the way.
