Our Founder
Kathryn has specialised in providing advice and legal services in environmental and planning law since 2006.
In 2017 she founded The Environment Practice to provide specialist legal advice to waste and resource operators, drawing on her technical knowledge of the waste industry and the complex regulatory regime.
Kathryn has a special interest in the powers of regulators and is passionate about ensuring that those powers are exercised fairly and correctly. She is committed to raising and maintaining environmental standards whilst ensuring that those businesses that operate within the waste and resources sector are recognised for the important work that they do and are treated consistently and proportionately.
Since 2006 she has advised and represented a diverse spectrum of clients, ranging from large corporates to SMEs and small family businesses, delivering a positive outcome in every case.
